Common Faults and Causes
1.Throttle body cannot open: Issues include accelerator pedal position sensor, throttle body motor, ECU, power supply and wiring, or internal throttle body jamming.
2. Insufficient throttle body opening: Throttle body jamming, accelerator pedal position sensor, throttle body position sensor, or safety mode issues.
3. Low or high idle speed: Throttle body jamming, excessive carbon buildup in the throttle body and intake manifold, leaks in the intake manifold and various valve connections, or incomplete initialization or idle speed learning settings.
Quality problems and phenomena of the throttle body itself
Incorrect throttle body intake volume:
1. (Electronic and semi-electronic) Throttle body valve plate sticking
Troubleshooting method: Manually move the throttle body valve plate to the fully open and fully closed positions, then slowly release it. Does the throttle body valve plate smoothly return to its initial correct position?
2. Excessive carbon buildup in the intake manifold

The signal from the sender is read out in percenton the associated measured valve block.Hence,100%=5volts.
Abnormal power supply:
1.Poor contact at the throttle body plug
2.broken or short-circuited internal wiring.
Damage to key components of the throttle body (electronic and semi-electronic):
1. Wear on the transmission gears
2. Damage to the brushes and base plate
Problems with mechanical throttle bodies:
1. Stepper motor and position sensor malfunction
2. Loose idle speed adjustment screw
3. Coolant temperature valve malfunction
4. Leaking seals
