Throttle body adaptation required after installation. Use Fiat/Alfa diagnostic tool (e.g., MultiECUScan, Examiner, or dealer tool) to perform throttle body adaptation. Disconnect battery for 5 minutes before installation. A new intake gasket is strongly recommended (not included). For 1.2L 8V FIRE engines: ignition ON 10 sec → OFF 10 sec → repeat 3 cycles → start engine, idle 5 min without touching accelerator.
