Throttle body relearn required after installation. Disconnect battery for 5–10 minutes before installation. Turn ignition ON (do not start) for 10 seconds, then OFF for 10 seconds. Start engine and idle for 5 minutes without touching accelerator. If issues persist, use Honda HDS scanner to perform Throttle Body Learn or Idle Relearn. A new intake gasket is recommended (most aftermarket units include one).
