LOREADA LRD-TB311 is a 48mm electronic intake throttle valve direct OEM replacement for Audi, VW, and Škoda vehicles with 2.0 TDI EA189 common rail diesel engines. On diesel engines, this valve controls EGR airflow, idle stabilisation, and smooth engine shut-off. Engineered to Continental/VDO OEM specifications.

Adaptation required after installation. Disconnect battery 5–10 min → install with new gasket (sold separately) → reconnect battery → ignition ON 10 sec → OFF 10 sec → start engine, idle 5 min → off 30 sec → restart and drive normally. Use VCDS/VAG-COM Basic Settings Group 060 or 098 for throttle body adaptation if issues persist. Torque bolts to 8–10 Nm.
