IAC Valve
The Idle Air Control (IAC) valve is the component responsible for keeping your engine running smoothly at idle — managing bypass airflow when the throttle is closed to maintain stable RPM during cold starts, deceleration, and high electrical load conditions.LOREADA's IAC valve series uses high-precision stepper motor technology for microsecond-level idle adjustments, engineered to eliminate rough idle, RPM hunting, cold-start stalling, and deceleration cut-out across a wide range of motorcycle and automotive platforms.
High-response stepper motor — 15°/step precision, 12V nominal, stable from -40°C to +125°C
Anti-carbon valve core coating — resists sludge buildup to extend service intervals
Viton (fluororubber) O-ring seal — prevents vacuum leaks that cause uncontrollable high idle
OEM-fit connectors — direct plug-and-play replacement, no wiring changes required
